| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zmapovat a porozumět motivaci dobrovolníků společnosti AFS Mezikulturní programy o.p.s. a jejich vnímání podpory ze strany této společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá dobrovolnictvím obecně, jeho podrobným popisem, rozdělením i situací dobrovolnictví v České republice. Dále rozvádí motivaci dobrovolníků, vysvětlení sebe-determinační teorie motivace a mentoringu jako vzdělávacího modelu. Praktická část je zaměřená na výzkum motivace aktivních, neaktivních a přeřazených dobrovolníků, jejich vztahu k dobrovolnictví a pohledu na mentoring v rámci organizace, a to ve srovnání s náhledem manažera dotazované skupiny. Na základě získaných informací jsou zmapovány hlavní motivy dobrovolníků a sestavena doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to map and understand the motivation of volunteers in AFS Mezikulturní programy o.p.s. and their perception of support from this organisation. The theoretical part focuses on volunteering in general as well as detailed description and situation of volunteering in the Czech Republic. It also explains the motivation of volunteers, self-determination theory of motivation and mentoring as an educational model. The practical part is focused on the research of motivation of active, inactive and reclassified volunteers, their relation to volunteering and the view of mentoring within the organization, in comparison with the view of manager of the interviewed group. Based on the information obtained, the main motives of volunteers are mapped and recommendations made. |
