| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu založení bistra, které se specializuje na plněné asijské knedlíčky. Dalším cílem je zhodnocení a ověření proveditelnosti a podnikatelského záměru. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a všechny kroky potřebné k sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotnému podnikatelského plánu ve vybrané struktuře pro podnik „Yumpling Bistro“, na základě zpracované teoretické. V této části je mimo jiné shrnuta podnikatelská příležitost, marketingová strategie, a také je zde věnována pozornost finančnímu plánu s různými scénáři výnosů a nákladů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is creating a business plan of a bistro, which specializes mainly on filled dumplings know across Asia. The main goal of the business plan is an assessment of the feasibility and viability of the intention of opening the business. The business plan is split into two parts: the theoretical part and the business plan itself. The first part reviews various theories of entrepreneurship and business plan. The business plan of a „Yumpling Bistro“ follows a standard structure, based on the theoretical part, and summarizes the business opportunity, marketing strategy and financial plan split into different scenarios of costs and revenues. |
