| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti podniků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je věnováná vysvětlení definic, popis principy a pilíře CSR. Teoretická část se zaměřuje také na význam stakeholderů a jejich definici, CSR komunikace, zejména se spotřebiteli. Předmětem praktické časti je zjištění míry povědomí spotřebitelů v České republice o CSR, jejich reakce na CSR aktivity a jejich angažovanost, a to na základě výstupů dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of corporate social responsibility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of definitions, description of principles and pillars of CSR. The theoretical part also focuses on the importance of stakeholders and their definition, CSR communication, especially with consumers. The subject of the practical part is to determine the level of consumer awareness in the Czech Republic about CSR, their response to CSR activities and their engagement, based on the results of the questionnaire survey |
