Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an applicable business concept for the Czech Republic. Having analyzed theoretical aspects of a business plan such as management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and finance industry, the thesis should answer to the main business-related questions. Also, I have reviewed several analyses – lean canvas, SWOT, marketing mix, project risk analysis, and other important tools that can prepare the business plan to achieve success on the real practice. Additionally, with the help of primary and secondary data, projected financial statements were created, to show and understand how and when LERSER will generate profit. Lastly, I have concluded that LERSER can be understood as profitable and as a nonprofitable organization too. The main reason is the time aspect, due to high initial investments, the company will suffer losses for 3 consecutive years (using realistic scenario planning) but achieves reasonable outcomes at the beginning of the 4th year. |
