| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést posouzení souladu systému ochrany osobních údajů ve společnosti s Nařízením GDPR (Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES) ve společnosti zajišťující servis potrubních systémů. Analýza souladu a úrovně ochrany osobních údajů ve společnosti proběhla na základě compliance dotazníku, který vychází z článků Nařízení GDPR, a který byl vyplněn s odpovědným pracovníkem za oblast ochrany osobních údajů ve společnosti. V návaznosti na výsledky posouzení byla formulována konkrétní doporučení, která pomohou analyzované společnosti dosáhnout souladu s Nařízením GDPR. Doporučení byla rozdělena do 3 kategorií podle priorit na vysokou, střední a nízkou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was to assess compliance with the GDPR Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / ES) in the company providing service of piping systems. The analysis of compliance and the level of protection of personal data in the company was based on a compliance questionnaire based on the articles of the GDPR, which was filled with the person responsible for personal data protection in the company. Following the assessment results, specific recommendations were formulated to help the analysed company comply with the GDPR Regulation. The recommendations were divided into 3 categories according to the high, medium and low priorities. |
