| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor vybrané úpravy účetních výkazů, kterou ratingové agentury provádějí v rámci finanční analýzy nefinančních institucí. Nejprve jsou stručně představeny světové ratingové agentury Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s a Fitch; a jejich metodiky. Následuje charakteristika faktoringu včetně problematiky účetního zachycení a vlivu na ukazatele finanční analýzy. Poslední kapitola se věnuje samotnému přístupu ratingových agentur k faktoringu, popisované úpravy jsou poté demonstrovány na účetních výkazech fiktivní společnosti. Následuje porovnání původních a upravených výkazů a vybraných finančních ukazatelů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze selected financial statetment adjustment that rating agencies carry out in the analysis of non-financial corporations. First the world‘s rating agencies Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch are introduced, then their methodologies. This is followed by the characteristics of factoring including the issue of accounting and the impact on financial analysis indicators. The last chapter deals with the approach of rating agencies to factoring, the described adjustments are then demonstrated on the financial statements of a fictitious company followed by the comparison of the original and modified statements and selected financial ratios. |
