| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou obchodního závodu ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. Finanční analýza je provedena pomocí analýzy účetních výkazů, analýzy poměrových ukazatelů a souhrnně vyhodnocena za pomoci bonitního modelu Kralicekův Quicktest a bankrotního modelu Altmanovo Z-skóre. Strategická analýza je provedena pomocí analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího potenciálu a na jejím konci je provedena SWOT analýza. Na základě této analýzy bylo určeno, že analyzovaná firma splňuje předpoklad tzv. going concern. Bylo též identifikováno několik rizik, které mohou mít důsledky nejen pro analyzovaný obchodní závod, ale pro celou tuzemskou ekonomiku. Především jde o rizika spojená s transformací odvětví a s rostoucí regulací odvětví. |

| Abstract: | The master’s thesis analyses financial and strategic aspects of ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. Financial analysis is carried out using the analysis of financial statements and financial ratios and evaluated using Kralicek’s Quickest creditworthiness model and Altman’s Z-score bankruptcy model. Strategic analysis is carried out using the analysis of internal and external potential and summarized using SWOT analysis. Based on the results, it is determined that the company complies with the assumption of the so-called going concern. Moreover, several risks with implications for the entire domestic economy are identified. These risks are mainly associated with the transformation of the automotive and increasing regulation of the sector. |
