| Abstract: | V diplomové práci je zkoumána dlouhodobá udržitelnost veřejných financí České republiky. V práci je analyzován vývoj základních složek veřejných financí zvolených na základě teorií fiskální udržitelnosti. Na to navazuje vývoj státního dluhu, způsob řízení a příčiny jeho růstu. V závěru jsou modelovány vztahy mezi vstupními veličinami pomocí strukturálního VAR modelu a jejich vzájemné dopady. Na základě vytvořených modelů jsou popsány základní vztahy, které mají buď pozitivní nebo negativní vliv na udržitelnost veřejných financí. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis examines the long-term sustainability of public finances of the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses the development of basic components of public finances based on theories of fiscal sustainability. That is followed by the development of state debt, management of state debt and the causes of its growth. In the last part of the thesis, the relationships between input variables are modelled using the structural VAR model and their mutual impacts. Based on the created models are described as basic relationships that have either a positive or negative impact on the sustainability of public finances. |
