| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést kritickou komparaci rakouské teorie hospodářského cyklu v podání Ludwiga von Misese a Friedricha Augusta von Hayeka s post-keynesovskou teorií hospodářského cyklu v podání Minskyho hypotézy finanční nestability. V první polovině práce jsou představeny obě tyto ekonomické školy s důrazem na jejich metodologii a na teorie, které jsou relevantní pro konečnou konstrukci teorie hospodářského cyklu. V druhé polovině jsou pak obě teorie aplikovány na světovou finanční krizi v USA a v Evropě v roce 2008. Práce je uzavřena diskuzí hlavních makroekonomických doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a critical comparison of Austrian business cycle theory based on Ludwig von Mises and Friedrich August von Hayek, with Post-Keynesian business cycle theory represented by Minsky’s hypothesis of financial instability. Both economic schools are described in the first half of my work, with the emphasise on their methodology and those thesis, which are relevant for the final determination of business cycle theory. Second part of presented bachelor thesis is devoted to the application of both theories on the Word financial crisis in the USA and in Europe in 2008. The final part compares main macroeconomic recommendations. |
