| Abstract: | The boom of agile methodologies contributed to increase of the number of large enterprises that are adopting agile practices. On the other hand, the last decades have witnessed a steady trend toward globalization and global software development has become a common business reality. Global virtual teams do not correspond with agile approach of collocated teams, and the implementation of agile methods in distributed teams still presents challenges. This Master thesis is dedicated to the design and development of web application for the case project with a virtual agile team. The application is created to improve current agile practices on the large enterprise project with a geographically dispersed team. |

| Abstract: | Rozmach agilních metodik přispěl k zvýšení počtu velkých podniků, které adoptují agilní praktiky. Na druhé straně v posledních desetiletích se aktivně projevuje trend globalizace a globální vývoj softwaru se stal běžným způsobem podnikání. Globální virtuální týmy neodpovídají agilnímu principu malých, spolu alokovaných týmů a implementace agilních metod v distribuovaných týmech stále představuje výzvy. Tato diplomová práce je věnována návrhu a vývoji webové aplikace pro enterprise projekt s virtuálním agilním týmem. Aplikace je vytvořena za účelem zlepšení současných agilních procesů a praktik na velkém projektu s geograficky rozptýleným týmem. |
