| Abstract: | One of the biggest and prolonged capital assets of society is investment in staff. If they are managed in the right way, these investments can be the source of innovation and growth, competitive advantage and previsions of leading position in the market. | Abstract: | "Jedna z největších a dlouhotrvajících investic společnosti je investice do zaměstnanců. Jsou-li správně řízeny, mohou tyto investice být zdrojem inovace a růstu, konkurenční výhody a předzvěstí přední pozice na trhu. "[7] Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, strukturu a požadavky na personální informační systém, který tuto oblast zaštítí jako celek. Popisované systémy a řešení jsou zobecněním teoretických a praktických zkušeností autora s konkrétním HR informačním systémem. V práci jsou definovány požadavky na obecný koncept HR IS. Práce popisuje a srovnává dvě řešení OKbase a HR modul SAP s příklady dalších očekávaných inovací a obsahuje také poznámky k legislativním vlivům na HR IS. |
