| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je ruská arktická politika a role vědecké diplomacie Ruské federace v Arktidě. Práce hledá odpověď na otázku, jaké jsou skutečné zájmy vědecké diplomacie Ruské federace v Arktidě a jakým způsobem se liší prezentace těchto zájmů na vnitrostátní a mezinárodní úrovni. V dané diplomové práci se autorka pokouší v ruské politice hledat rysy základního výzkumu, aplikovaného výzkumu a ekonomického zájmu a analyzovat ruskou vědeckou diplomacii z pohledu jejího třetího aspektu jako vědy pro diplomacii. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is Russian Arctic policy and the role of science diplomacy of the Russian Federation in the Arctic region. The work seeks to find the real interests of the science diplomacy of the Russian Federation in Arctic and how the presentation of these interests at national and international level differ. In this diploma thesis, the author attempts to search for the features of basic research, applied research and economic interests in Russian politics and analyzes Russian science diplomacy from the perspective of its third aspect as a science for diplomacy. |
