| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu ubytování Zahrádka, která chcezaložit ubytovací zařízení a postupně rozšiřovat i doplňkové služby či nová lůžka. Tatodiplomová práce je složená ze tří částí, a to z části teoretické, metodologické a praktické.V teoretické části jsou objasněny témata problematiky ohledně ubytovacího zařízení, kterýmbude věnována pozornost v praktické části společně s finanční analýzou podniku. Součástípráce je také metodologická část, která se zabývá metodami výzkumu. Aplikována je metodadotazování, která slouží především ke zjištění informací k založení podniku a informaci opotenciálních zákaznících. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for accomodation Zahrádka, which wants toestablish accomodation facility and gradually expand additional services and capacity. Thethesis consists of three parts, which are theoretical part, methodological part and practical part.In theoretical part explains topics of problematice of accomodation, than will be paid attentionin practical part together with financial analysis of the company. In this thesis i salsomethodological part, which consists research methods. It is used method of questioning, whichis used to find out necessary information to start a business and potencial customer. |
