| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na technologii robotické procesní automatizace, zkráceně RPA, a předkládá návrh zlepšení životního cyklu její implementace. V teoretické části práce je objasněn pojem proces a jeho vazba na process mining. Dále jsou popsány technologie RPA, její původ, výhody, dopady na společnost i možnosti jejího využití. Následně jsou identifikovány kroky, jejichž provedení je nezbytné před implementováním procesní robotizace. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do dvou kroků. V prvním kroku jsou porovnány RPA platformy dostupné na trhu dle předem definovaných kritérií. Ve druhém kroku je samotný návrh automatizovaného životního cyklu implementace procesní robotizace s využitím platforem UltimateSuite a UltimateRPA. |

| Abstract: | Presented diploma thesis focuse on the robotic process automation technology, abbreviated RPA, and presents a proposal to enhance of RPA implementation lifecycle. The teoretical part of the thesis clarifies the concept of process and its relationship to process mining. After that the RPA technology, its origin, benefits, impact on society and the possibilities of its use are desribed. Subsequently are identified steps which are necessary before start of the process robotization. The practical part of the work is divided into two steps. In the first step, the RPA platforms available on the market are compared according to predefined criteria. In the second step, an automated life cycle of process robotization implementation using the UltimateSuite and UltimateRPA platforms is designed. |
