| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat spokojenost zaměstnanců s benefity a systémem péče o zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku. Práce se bude skládat ze dvou částí. V rámci teoretické práce budou vymezeny základní rámce zkoumané problematiky v oblasti benefitů a péče o zaměstnance. Praktická část bude zahrnovat dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci vybraného podniku, zpracování výstupů a návrh opatření na zlepšení vymezené oblasti. Na závěr jsou identifikovány slabé a silné stránky podniku, které budou vést k návrhu na zlepšení v dané problematice u výše zmíněné firmy. |

| Abstract: | The main aspects of the bachelor thesis are the analysis of employee satisfaction with benefits and care of employees in a selected company. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In theoretical part, basic terms are defined on the basis of literature, which are related to employee benefits and care for employees. In practical part will include a questionnaire survey among employees of the selected company, processing of outputs and proposal of measures to improve the reserved area. Finally, the weaknesses and strengths of the company are identified and will be available to suggest for improvement in the problems of the above was mentioned company. |
