| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán pro otevření nového designového hotelu se systémem self check-in/out společnosti JEZ&SPI ve městě Sušice a přesvědčit se tak o realizovatelnosti projektu a návratnosti vložených investic. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů podnik, podnikání a podnikatel a následně je přiblížen účel a struktura podnikatelského plánu. Druhá, metodologická část, zahrnuje výzkum metodou Focus Group. Praktická část je věnovaná tvorbě podnikatelského plánu včetně představení produktu, analýzy konkurence a rizik, marketingového a finančního plánu. Práce došla k závěru, že projekt je realizovatelný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for the opening of a new design hotel belonging to the company JEZ & SPI in the city of Sušice with a self check-in/out system in order to verify the feasibility of the project and return on investment. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on explaining the basic concepts of the enterprise, business practices and entrepreneur; the purpose and structure of the business plan is also introduced/explained. The second part is methodological and includes research using the Focus Group method. The practical part is devoted to the creation of a business plan, including the presentation of the product, analysis of the competition and risks of the, marketing and financial plan. The thesis concluded that the project is feasible. |
