| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá rozhodovacím procesem konkrétního investora. Práce poskytuje investorovi (franšízorovi) komplexní pohled na zhodnocení investiční příležitosti formou franšízy společně s vymezením základních pojmů související s franšízingovým podnikáním. Dále představuje a aplikuje SWOT analýzou, metody vyhodnocení investice a dopady kapitálové struktury na podnikání. Investiční příležitost je analyzována pomocí analýzy scénářů. Realistický, optimistický a pesimistický scénář danou investiční příležitost doporučují k realizaci. Závěr práce tvoří návrh konkretizovaného podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the decision-making process of a specific investor. The thesis provides the investor (franchisor) with a comprehensive view of the evaluation of investment opportunities in the form of franchising together with the definition of basic concepts related to franchising business. It also presents and applies SWOT analysis, investment evaluation methods and the impact of capital structure on businesses. The investment opportunity is analysed using scenario analysis. A realistic, optimistic and pessimistic scenario recommend a given investment opportunity for implementation. The conclusion of the work is a proposal of a concrete business plan. |
