| Abstract: | The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to write the business plan for a Family Pancake cafe entering the market of the Czech Republic (Prague). In the theoretical part the definition of a business plan, its structure and importance are highlighted. Practical part focuses on presenting a business plan for the Family Pancake cafe in Prague. For company analysis various methods of comparison and forecasting was used, such as SWOT analysis, EFA analysis, Porters Five Forces, target market analysis, competitive analysis, 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Analysis, Sales Forecast, Cash Flow Statement with 3 possible scenarios (pessimistic, realistic and optimistic), breakeven analysis and payback period analysis. |

| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je napsat podnikatelský plán kavárny Family Pancake, která vstupuje na trh České republiky (Praha). V teoretické části je zdůrazněna definice podnikatelského plánu, jeho struktura a význam. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení podnikatelského plánu kavárny Family Pancake v Praze. Pro firemní analýzu byly použity různé metody srovnávání a předpovědi, jako je SWOT analýza, EFA analýza, Porters Five Forces, analýza cílového trhu, konkurenční analýza, analýza 4P (produkt, cena, místo, propagace), prognóza prodeje, výkaz peněžních toků s 3 možné scénáře (pesimistický, realistický a optimistický), analýza breakeven a analýza doby návratnosti. |
