| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je kvalitativně zmapovat proces, smysl a výzvy v poskytování a vyhledávání zpětné vazby v rámci práce manažerů a vedoucích týmů napříč ekonomickými sektory. Práce se zaměřuje na úskalí poskytování zpětné vazby, podávání konstruktivní kritiky správným způsobem a v neposlední řadě se práce věnuje destruktivní kritice na pracovištích, se kterou mají manažeři zkušenosti. V práci je zmíněno, jak čeští manažeři zpětnou vazbu vnímají a jak s ní dále pracují. Zároveň se práce zabývá obtížností poskytování negativní zpětné vazby osobám blízkým a zda je pro vybrané manažery jednodušší poskytnout zpětnou vazbu nadřízeným či podřízeným. Práce je ukončena charakteristikou správné zpětné vazby tak, jak ji popsali sami manažeři. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to qualitatively map the process, meaning and challenges in giving and seeking feedback within the work of managers and team leaders across economic sectors. The thesis focuses on the possible problems of giving feedback, providing constructive criticism in the right way and also the thesis contains destructive criticism in the workplace that the managers have experienced. The thesis mentions how Czech managers perceive feedback and how they work with it. The thesis furthermore focuses on the difficulty of giving negative feedback to friends and whether it is easier for managers to give feedback to superiors or to subordinates. The thesis is completed by the characteristics of the correct feedback as described by the managers themselves. |
