| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zátěžového testování v souvislostis makroobezřetnostní politikou a podrobněji rozebírá výsledky testů v České republice. V první části je nejprve představena makroobezřetnostní politika, její nástroje a cíle. Poté je kladen důraz na typologii zátěžových testů, vývoj metodologie a na testovaná rizika. Druhá část se soustředí na rozbor a interpretaci makrozátěžových a dohledových testů za rok 2019, jež provádí ČNB. U jednotlivých testů jsou popsány aplikované scénáře a současná metodologie. V poslední části práce je diskutována správnost modelace nepříznivéhoscénáře a kroky ČNB v současné epidemické krizi |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stress testing in connection withmacroprudential policy and analyzes the results of stress tests in the Czech Republic in more detail. The first part first introduces the macroprudential policy, its tools, and its objectives. Then the emphasis is placed on the typology of stress tests, the development of methodology, and the tested risks. The second part focuses on the analysis and interpretation of macro stress and supervision tests for 2019, which are performed by the CNB. The applied scenarios and the current methodology are described for individual tests. The last part of the thesis discusses the correctness of modeling the unfavorable scenario and the CNB's actions in the current epidemic crisis. |
