| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného rozvoje a analyzuje snižování negativních dopadů vybraných společností z oděvního průmyslu pomocí měřítek udržitelné výkonnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy z oblasti udržitelného rozvoje a manažerského účetnictví udržitelného rozvoje. Také je popsán vývoj GRI standardů a jejich aktuální podoba včetně obsahu jednotlivých standardů. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na vybraných společnostech a jsou analyzována měřítka udržitelné výkonnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focus on sustainable development issues and analyses the reduction of negative impact of selected companies from the textile and apparel industry using sustainable performance indicators. The theoretical section defines concepts from sustainable development and management accounting for sustainable development. The development of GRI standard and their current form, including the content of individual standards, are also described. In the practical part, theoretical knowledge is applied to selected companies and measures of sustainable performance are analyzed. |
