Modelling Based Business Process Improvement

Nowadays, any organization operating in the competitive environment requires excellent modelled and improved system of business processes. From this perspective, alternative methodologies and techniques were developed and used by businesses. One of this effective approaches is MMABP framework.Main goal of the thesis is to research role of modelling in business process improvement projects, investigate different methods and techniques to modelling and especially focus on the MMABP framework. The analysis and modelling of the processes from sample project was described in the research work. Thesis concluded with research findings and further development discussions. Thesis is conducted based on the research questions described in the introduction part and conclusions were provided following same research questions.
