| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců s jednotlivými aspekty pracovní spokojenosti a na základě vyhodnocení získaných dat postihnout silné a slabé stránky včetně doporučení, jejichž implementace by mohla vést ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti. Teoretická část přináší přehled dosavadních poznatků v oblasti motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. Empirická část je založena na analýze provedeného dotazníkového šetření a polostandardizovaného rozhovoru, která je následována interpretací a stanovením konkrétních opatření. Zaměstnanci jsou ve firmě celkově spokojeni. Mezi silné stránky patří atmosféra ve společnosti a vedoucí pracovníci. Kritickým aspektem je odměňování a pracovní prostředí. Většina zaměstnanců by doporučila společnost jako zaměstnavatele a plánuje ve společnosti v následujících dvou letech zůstat. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s thesis deals with the issue of satisfaction and motivation of employees in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze employee satisfaction with individual aspects of job satisfaction and based on the evaluation of collected data to determine the strengths and weaknesses in the field of job satisfaction with specific recommendations that could lead to increased job satisfaction. The theoretical part provides an overview of existing knowledge in the field of motivation and job satisfaction. The empirical part is based on the analysis of a questionnaire survey and a semi-standardized interview. The employees in the company are generally satisfied. As strengths were identified the atmosphere and cooperation, as well as the manager. Remuneration and the work environment are critical parts. Most employees recommend the company as an employer and plan to stay with the company for the next two years. |
