| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést tržní ocenění společnosti PetCenter CZ, s.r.o. metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků, z pohledu subjektu, který má přístup k interním informacím společnosti, za účelem odkupu 100% akcií společnosti. Společnost se zabývá prodejem chovatelských potřeb a živých zvířat v České Republice a na Slovensku. Teoretická část obsahuje kompletní informace o procesu, metodách a přístupech k ocenění společnosti, které byly získány z odborné literatury. Praktická část je poté zaměřená na aplikaci teoretických poznatků na společnost PetCenter CZ, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | Main goal of this Master´s Thesis is to perform a market valuation of the company PetCenter CZ, s.r.o., using the method of discounted cash flow in order to purchase 100% of shares of the target company. The company sells pet care supplies and live pets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Theoretical part of the theses consists from information about process, methods and approaches to valuation. Practical part of the thesis is then focused on the application of this theoretical knowledge to the target company PetCenter CZ, s.r.o. |
