Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je: Logistický řetězec čínských e-commerce tržištích působící na B2C trhu cílený na český trh. Práce je zaměřena na logistický řetězec 2 významných čínských e-commerce tržištích AliExpress.com a Gearbest.com. Hlavním cílem práce je modifikace aktuálního logistického řetězce těchto firem podle preferencí českých spotřebitelů, čímž vytvoří cílenou nabídku služeb na český trh a tím si zlepšit řízení vztahů se zákazníky. Tyto modifikace slouží jako vzor pro ostatní zahraniční internetové obchody, aby si podle nich nastavili své procesy pro český trh. Jednotlivé návrhy vychází z výzkumu primárních i sekundárních dat. |

Abstract: | Theme of this Master´s Thesis is: Targetted supply chain on Czech market from chinese e-commerce marketplaces operating on the B2C market. This work is aimed on supply chain of 2 important Chinese e-commerce marketplaces AliExpress.com and Gearbest.com. Main goal of this work is modification of current supply chain of these companies by preferences of Czech consumers, by which a targeted offer of services for Czech market will be created a that will improve customer relationship management. These modifications serve as a model for other foreign e-shops, so they could also modify their processes for Czech market. Individual modifications are backed by research of primary and secondary data. |
