| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na aktuální situaci pandemie COVID-19 a jejího dopadu na HR oddělení společnosti a jejich recruitmentu. Teze je datována k 21.3.2020.Práce popisuje personalistiku, recruitment a jeho metody, IT obor, pohovory a samotnou pandemii COVID-19. Praktická část je zaměřena na firmu X a jejím hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat dopady pandemie a navrhnout určitá doporučení, která pomohou zefektivnit procesy náboru ve společnosti. V závěru práce bych rád dospěl k rozhodnutí, zdali můžeme brát tuto krizi jako prostor k příležitostem. Zajímá mě, jestli je prokazatelné, zdali čistě online recruitment může nahradit ten standartní ve smyslu online pohovorů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on human resources, recruitment and its methods, IT specialiation, interviews and pandemic itself – COVID-19. The thesis is dated to 21.3.2020.The practical part is focused on a company X and how if even, is influenced by the pandemic.The main goal of the thesis is to analyse the impact of COVID-19 and suggest some proposals which could lead to more effective process of recruitment of a company.An oblique goal of the thesis would be, that even a situation like this may be an opportunity. I would like to reach a decision if the online forms of recruitment could beat the standard ones in terms of online interviews. |
