| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení odpovědi na otázku, zda se zaměstnanci a podniky shodnou při výběru nejlepší země pro zaměstnání a podnikání. Dílčím cílem práce je také porovnat celkovou ekonomickou situaci a zhodnotit reakce zemí na ekonomickou krizi v roce 2008. V této souvislosti jsou zde současné hodnoty ukazatelů porovnávány s předkrizovými hodnotami a lze tak zjistit, v čem si země polepšily, či proč došlo ke zhoršení pozice. Pro diplomovou práci byly vybrány ke srovnání tyto tři země: Česká republika, Irsko a Norsko, na základě osobních pracovních zkušeností autorky. V práci byly využité například: analýza vnějšího prostředí PEST, analýza trhu, analýza konkurence a dodavatelů, dotazníkové šetření a celkové srovnání dle mnoha mezinárodních indexů. První kapitola se věnuje určení výzkumné otázky a metodice postupů, následuje rešerše literatury. V druhé kapitule jsou objektivně zhodnoceny země pro podnikání a pro život zaměstnance. Třetí kapitola aplikuje zjištění na vlastní zkušenosti a na konkrétní segment podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to find an answer to the question of whether employees and companies can agree in choosing the best country for employment and for doing business. A partial goal of the thesis is also to compare the overall economic situation and evaluate the reactions of chosen countries to the economic crisis in 2008. In this context, the current values of indicators are compared with pre-crisis values . It is possible to find out what countries have improved or on the other hand why the position has deteriorated. The following three countries that were selected for comparison for the diploma thesis are the Czech Republic, Ireland and Norway. The reason for choosing those countries is based on the author's personal work experience abroad. In this thesis there are used several ways for comparing those countries: analysis of the external environment PEST, market analysis, analysis of competitors and suppliers, questionnaire survey and overall comparison according to many international indicators. The first chapter deals with the determination of the research question and the methodology of the procedures, followed by a literature search. In the second chapter those countries are objectively evaluated from a perspective of business and employee life. The third chapter applies the findings to the author ‘s own experience and to a specific segment of business. |
