| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapování situace vysledovatelnosti potravin na území Evropské unie, posléze v České republice, zdokumentovat systémy dohledatelnosti původu potravin a jejich následnou zpětnou kontrolu. Nelze opomenout ani světové organizace, které mají zajistit kontrolu a následné postihy při nedodržení zákonem stanoveného postupu. |
