| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je aplikovat různé metody vícerozměrné statistiky na dotazníkové šetření z oblasti agilních metod vývoje softwaru v České republice. Agilní metody jsou možností, jak postupovat při vývoji nového produktu. Jednou z těchto metodik je Scrum, na nějž se tato práce více zaměřuje. Scrum cílí na užší spolupráci v rámci týmu a se zákazníkem. Dotazníkové šetření pochází z diplomové práce Ing. Menčíka. V rámci této práce se snažíme rozšířit statistickou analýzu získaných výsledků. K bližšímu pochopení proměnných z dotazníkového šetření jsou použity faktorová a korespondenční analýza. Zároveň analyzujeme vztahy mezi proměnnými v kontingenčních tabulkách. Jednotlivé agilní metodiky jsou popsány a porovnány. V rámci analýzy dotazníkového šetření jsou analyzovány závislosti mezi proměnnými z dotazníkového šetření, jako je přínos agilních metodik, velikost podniku a týmu anebo míra úpravy agilních metod. Klíčovým výsledkem je pak faktorová analýza otázek o používání a důležitosti agilních praktik. Tyto faktory jsme popsali a porovnali. Mezi proměnnými jsou díky faktorové analýze odhaleny skryté vztahy, které jsou především mezi jednotlivými proměnnými. V rámci faktorové analýzy jsou spojeny proměnné týkající se programování, Scrumu, komunikace se zákazníkem a podobně. Výsledky faktorové analýzy byly srovnány s podobnými zahraničními výzkumy a bylo zjištěno, že vztahy nalezené ve zkoumaném dotazníkovém šetření odpovídají těmto zahraničním pracím. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is the application of multivariate statistics methods on survey about usage of agile method on software development in the Czech republic. Agile methods can be used for development of a new product. One of these methods is Scrum, which is explained more in detail in this thesis. The main target of this method is closer cooperation in the team and with the customer. The survey data comes from the thesis of Ing. Menčík. We want to get a new and deeper understanding of this survey. Methods used on analysis of different variables are factor and correspondence analysis. We also investigate the relationships between categorial variables in contingency tables. Different agile methods are compared and described, from the view of their specific agile practices. In the analysis of this survey, we describe dependencies between the variables from the survey, such as the benefits of agile methods, the size of the companies and teams and the rate of agile methods adjustments. Key result is the factor analysis of questions about usage and importance of different agile practices. These factors are compared and named. We discovered relations in questions about agile practices. These relations are mainly between two or three variables. Some agile practices are connected in common factors, as a programming question, Scrum question or question about client and communication with him. We have compared results of factor analysis with similar foreign studies. Relationships discovered in this survey are comparable to the relationships in foreign surveys. |
