| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou účtování a vykazování výzkumu a vývoje. V teoretické části jsou vysvětlená a srovnána způsoby a postupy vykazováni výzkumu a vývoje podle jednotlivých účetních standardů. Jedná se konkrétně o české účetní předpisy, IFRS a US GAAP standardy. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány účetní závěrky konkrétních společností. Analýza je zaměřená na vykazování a prezentaci informacích spojených s výzkumem a vývojem a na poukazování odlišností, které byly zjištěny. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the issue of accounting and reporting of research and development. The theoretical part explains and compares the methods and procedures of research and development according to different accounting systems. Described systems are Czech accounting regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP standards. The practical part of the thesis analyses the financial statements of companies. The analysis is focused on a reporting and a presentation of obtained pieces of information linked with research and development and on pointing out the differences that have been processed. |
