| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je analýza nákladů a kalkulaci v stavebním podniků. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje manažerskému účetnictví, nákladům a kalkulacím. V aplikační části je představen podnik a konkrétní zakázka, na které je provedená analýza stávajícího systému členění nákladů a sestavování kalkulací. Následně je poskytnuta kritika a navržena optimalizační opatření. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is analysis of costs and calculations in the construction company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with managerial accounting, costs and calculations. The application part introduces the company and a particular project, for which analysis of costs and calculations is performed. Consequently, there is a criticism and some recommendations. |
