| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je psána formou případové studie, která je založena na reálném případu z finanční korporátní instituce. Cílem je optimalizace reportu dispozičních oprávnění, který se má stát novým klíčovým prvkem k odhalování trestné činnosti a její prevence, neboť umožňuje zobrazit celou historii dispozičních práv klientů. Tato úloha zasahuje do oblasti informatiky, která se věnuje databázím a datovým skladům a tuto problematiku rozebírá v kontextu konkrétní společnosti. Součástí práce je detailní analytický rozbor všech použitých funkcí a metod, díky kterým se dosáhlo uspokojivé odezvy reportu ze strany uživatele. Obtížnost úlohy spočívá v optimalizaci databázových dotazů, které procházejí historická data tabulek, jež dosahují počtu až několika stovek miliard záznamů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis comprises of a case study from a financial institution. The aim of this thesis focusses on the optimization of reporting of the rights of disposal, which are a key element in crime detection and prevention, as this reporting allows the viewing of an entire history of a clients’ rights of disposal. This thesis is in the field of computer science, specifically databases and data warehousing, and discusses these themes in the context of a specific enterprise. This work includes a detailed analysis of all the features and methods used to achieve a satisfactory report response for the user. The difficulty in this task lies in the optimization of database queries that have to scan historical data in tables comprising of up to several hundred billion records. |
