| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zkoumání vlivu ekonomických a sociálních faktorů na míru nezaměstnanosti v České republice pomocí regresní analýzy panelových dat. Vybranými faktory jsou HDP na obyvatele, mediánová mzda, podíl obyvatel s terciárním vzděláním, podíl cizinců v populaci, přírůstek nebo úbytek stěhováním a procento domácností s připojením k internetu. První část práce popisuje vybraná data, jejích vývoj v sledovaném období a očekáváný vliv na míru nezaměstnanosti. Další část se zabývá teoretickým popisem panelových dat a základními přístupy pro jejích analýzu. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná odhadům modelu pro vysvětlení míry nezaměstnanosti, jeho úpravám a interpretaci výsledků. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to investigate the influence of economic and social factors on the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic using regression analysis of panel data. The selected factors are GDP per capita, median wage, share of the population with tertiary education, share of foreigners in the population, increase or decrease of the population by moving, and percentage of households with internet connection. The first part of the thesis describes the selected data, its development in the reference period and the expected impact on the unemployment rate. The next part deals with the theoretical description of panel data and basic approaches for its analysis. The last chapter is devoted to estimations of the model explaining the unemployment rate, its adjustments and interpretation of the results. |
