| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) nástroje pro vytváření interních i zákaznických reportů na základě provedené analýzy aktuální situace na trhu a porovnání dle stanovené sady kritérií. Jednotlivá kritéria jsou definována ve spolupráci se společností, poptávající nástroj, umožňující vytvářet statické i dynamické reporty nad existujícím informačním systémem. Výstup práce poté mimo jiné slouží k naplnění této poptávky. První část práce je zaměřena na analýzu tržní situace s SSBI nástroji a identifikaci jednotlivých aspektů vybraných nástrojů. Druhá část práce obsahuje seznam kritérií pro porovnání jednotlivých nástrojů dle požadavků zadavatele poptávky. Váhy kritérií jsou stanoveny expertním odhadem prostřednictvím osobních rozhovorů a šetření provedeného v poptávající společnosti. Třetí část práce se věnuje samotnému porovnání nástrojů dle definovaných kritérií a výběru množiny potenciálně nejvhodnějších pro naplnění poptávky. Současně je definována metodika pro porovnání produktivity práce. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje výsledky porovnání vybrané množiny nástrojů z hlediska produktivity práce včetně finálního shrnutí dosažených výsledků. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the selection of a suitable Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) tool for creating internal and customer reports based on an analysis of the current market situation and comparison on a predefined set of criteria. The criteria themselves are defined in cooperation with a company with a requirement for a new tool that allows to create static and dynamic reports on the existing information system. The outcome of this study can be used to fulfil this requirement. Part one focuses on an analysis of a current situation on the SSBI tool market, followed by an identification of individual aspects of the selected tools. Part two contains a set of the criteria used to compare tools to meet specific requirements. Scores for these criteria are assessed by the expert estimation based on personal interviews and survey conducted in the company. Part three of this thesis is dedicated to a comparison of the tools and the selection of the most suitable set of tools to fulfil the company requirement. At the same time, a methodology for comparison of labour productivity is defined. The final part contains results of the comparison of the set of tools in terms of labour productivity including a summary of the results obtained. |
