| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákupního procesu poptávky v nadnárodní společnosti Škoda Auto. V práci je rozebrán detailní postup celé poptávky z pohledu nákupčího a následně zhodnocení efektivity výsledného vyjednávání. Finální rozhodnutí k nominaci dodavatele na nový projekt závisí na několika prověřovacích fází, jako jsou technické jednání a cenové jednání. Pomocí případové studie proběhne analýza rozhodnutí a popřípadě zmínit místa pro zlepšení v budoucích poptávkách. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the purchasing demand process in the multinational company Škoda Auto. The thesis analyses the detailed process of the entire demand process from the perspective of the buyer and then evaluates the effectiveness of the resulting negotiation. The final decision to nominate a supplier for a new project depends on several screening phases such as technical negotiations, and price negotiations. Using a case study, the decision is analysed and if necessary, places for improvement in future enquiries are mentioned. |
