| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a detailed business plan for a tattoo studio that will promote unique designs and high quality tattoos in Prague. The theoretical part underlines the structure of the business plan, analyses and tools needed for a successful business plan. The practical part contains such important analyses as VRIO, SWOT, PESTLE, and others, the marketing plan where our segmentation, strategic and tactic marketing are described. In the end, based on the analyses conducted and data collected the financial part is presented, as well as different realistic scenarios that can influence the business are analyzed. |

| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit detailní podnikatelský plán pro tetovací studio, které bude propagovat unikátní designy a vysoce kvalitní tetování v Praze. Teoretická část podtrhuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu, analýzy a nástroje potřebné pro úspěšný podnikatelský záměr. Praktická část obsahuje tak důležité analýzy jako VRIO, SWOT, PESTLE a další, marketingový plán, kde je popsána naše segmentace, strategický a taktický marketing. Na závěr je na základě provedených analýz a shromážděných dat prezentována finanční část a analyzovány různé realistické scénáře, které mohou ovlivnit podnikání. |
