| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce. Cílem práce je posoudit postavení cizinců na trhu práce a jejich adaptaci na území České republiky. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Bylo zjištěno, že počet zahraničních pracovníků na českém trhu práce dlouhodobě roste. Při dobré znalosti českého jazyka cizinci nemají problém uplatnit se na českém trhu práce nebo studovat vysokou školu. V průběhu adaptace se cizinci nejčastěji setkávají s problémy, které souvisí s kulturními rozdíly a s komunikací v českém jazyce. Většina respondentů však vnímá Českou republiku jako dobrou destinaci pro život a práci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the position of foreigners in the Czech labour market. The aim of the work is to assess the position of foreigners on the labour market and to assess their adaptation in the Czech Republic. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey and an interview. It was found that the number of foreign workers on the Czech labor market has been growing for a long time. With a good knowledge of the Czech language, foreigners have no problem applying to the Czech labor market or studying at a university. During adaptation, most foreigners see the problem in cultural differences and occasionally have a problem with communication. But the majority of respondents perceive the Czech Republic as a good destination for living and working. |
