| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o živnosti zabývající se prodejem zboží podléhajícího rychlé zkáze z oblasti fitness a zdravého životního stylu a jejím přístupu k řízení zásob. V práci navrhuji proces optimalizace řízení zásob nejprve logickým roztříděním širokého portfolia výrobků a následným stanovením prognózovací metody pro ony výrobky za účelem dosažení lepšího souladu nabídky s poptávkou. V závěru práce uvádím přínosy pro živnost jako takovou. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with a small business dealing with the sale of perishable goods in the field of fitness and healthy lifestyle and its approach to inventory management. In this work I propose the process of inventory management optimization first by logically classifying a wide product portfolio and then determining a forecasting method for those products in order to achieve a better match between supply and demand. At the end of the thesis I present the benefits for the trade as such. |
