| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení využitelnosti použití metod vícekrite-riálního rozhodování v akvizičním procesu nákupu majetku, služeb a stavebních prací pro ozbrojené síly České republiky na úrovni vojenského útvaru. K realizaci tohoto cíle je práce rozčleněna na dvě části. První část se zabývá teorií vícekriteriálního rozhodo-vání, představuje jednotlivé metody včetně kritické diskuse a uvozuje legislativní úpra-vu zadávání veřejných zakázek v ČR. Druhá část následně realizuje zhodnocení využi-telnosti těchto metod na modelovém příkladu výběru dodavatele pomocí analýzy, syn-tézy, komparace a dedukce. V diskusi je dospěno k závěru, že vícekriteriální rozhodo-vání při výběru majetku pro ozbrojené síly je v komplexních rozhodovacích problé-mech nástrojem, umožňující nastavení rychlého, přesného, pružného a strukturované-ho systému pro podporu rozhodování. Na úrovni vojenského útvaru lze aplikovat me-tody vícekriteriálního rozhodování v oblasti akvizičního procesu ve fázi přípravy a rea-lizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to evlauate the usability of multi-criteria decision making methods in the the acqusition process for the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic at the level of a military battalion. To realize this goal, the thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory of multi-criteria decision making, introduces individual methods including criticial discussion, and introduces the legislative regulations of public procurement in the Czech Republic. The second part then realizes the evaluation of the usability of these methods on an example of supplier selection using analysis, synthesis, comaprsion and deduction. The discussion concludes that multi-criteria dicision making in the public procurement for the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic is a tool for complex decision making problems, allowing the setup of a fast, accurate, flexible and structurated system for decision support. At the level of the military battalion, methods of multi-criteria decision making, in the area of the acqusition process, can be applied in the preparation and realization phase. |
