| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je „Leasingové a úvěrové financování“. Teoretická část je zaměřena na porovnání právních, účetních a daňových aspektů těchto forem financování. Dále je zmíněno porovnání v rámci problematiky mezinárodních účetních standardů. Uvedeny jsou též výhody a nevýhody leasingu a úvěru. Praktický příklad je věnován porovnání financování osobního automobilu v rámci operativního leasingu a úvěru. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this diploma thesis is “Lease and credit financing”. Theoretical part is focused on the comparison of legislative, accounting and taxation aspects of these forms of financing. It´s also mentioned comparison within the issue of the international accounting standards. The advantages and disadvantages of lease and credit are also mentioned. The practical example includes comparison between financing car with operating lease and credit. |
