| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení motivačních nástrojů ve vybrané komerční bance XYZ, pomocí analýzy současných motivačních nástrojů a následné vytvoření doporučení, které bude mít za následek zvýšení motivace softwarových profesionálů v bance XYZ. Samotná analýza motivačních nástrojů je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části je BP věnována popisu současného stavu motivačního programu banky, který byl vypracován na základě interních informací. K vypracování druhé části, sloužící k zhodnocení současného stavu z pohledu zaměstnanců, bylo zvoleno anonymní dotazníkové šetření. Na základě průzkumu byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky organizace, které byly posléze využity k vytvoření návrhu opatření. Tento návrh by měl vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the motivational tools in selected commercial bank XYZ, by analyzing the current motivational tools and then creating recommendations that will result in increased motivation of software professionals in bank XYZ. The analysis of motivational tools itself is divided into two parts. In the first part, the bachelor thesis is devoted to a description of the current state of bank's incentive program, which was developed on the basis of internal information. An anonymous questionnaire survey was chosen to develop the second part, used to assess the current state from the employees' perspective. Based on the survey, the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation were identified and used to develop a proposal for measures. This proposal should lead to an increase in employee motivation and satisfaction. |
