| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout strategická opatření společnosti Pivovar ZUBR a.s. tak, aby co nejvíce dopomohla k minimalizaci dopadů problému s nedostatkem obalového materiálu. K dosažení cíle jsou nápomocné nástroje strategické analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o strategické analýze a pomocí literatury popsány použité metody. Praktickou část tvoří analýza okolí společnosti a analýza jejich vnitřních zdrojů. Okolí je zkoumáno pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy konkurence a odvětví. Vnitřní zdroje jsou zkoumány pomocí analýzy VRIO, finanční analýzy, portfolio analýzy a analýzy hodnototvorného řetězce. Následně je vypracována SWOT analýza a formulována strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose strategic measures to help the company Pivovar ZUBR a.s. minimize the impact of the packiging crisis as much as possible. To achive the goal, strategic analysis methods are used. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the existing knowledge about strategic analysis and uses the literature to describe the methods used. The practical part consists of an analysis of the company's surroundings and an internal resources analysis. The environment is explored using PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, competition and industry analysis. Internal resources are examined through VRIO analysis, financial analysis, portfolio analysis and value chain analysis. Afterwards, a SWOT analysis is developed and strategic recommendations are formulated. |
