| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním zvolených investičních fondů z hlediska výkonnosti a s tím spojené rizikovosti a nákladovosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a vymezuje oblast investičních fondů v České republice. Detailně popisuje kolektivní investování, jednotlivé druhy investičních fondů dle ZISIF, subjekty kolektivního investování a poskytuje pohled na současnou situaci trhu investičních fondů v České republice. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku zvolených investičních fondů s důrazem na jejich investiční strategii. Poslední kapitola zahrnuje popis různých metod využívaných k měření rizikovosti, výkonnosti a nákladovosti investičních fondů. V závěru práce jsou vybrané investiční fondy dle těchto metod porovnávány. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with investment funds and collective investment. The objective of the thesis is to compare selected investment funds in terms of performance and associated risk levels and costs. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, defining the area of investment funds in the Czech Republic. It provides a detailed description of collective investment, different types of investment funds according to ZISIF (the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds), and collective investment entities, and it provides an overview of the current situation on the investment fund market in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of selected investment funds with an emphasis on their investment strategy. The last chapter describes different methods used to measure the risk level, performance and cost of investment funds. Finally, the thesis compares selected investment funds with each other according to these methods. |
