| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá multidisciplinární problematikou umělé inteligence a mezinárodních vztahů. Cílem je odpovědět na otázku, zda existuje viditelná korelace mezi adaptací nově vznikajících technologií (zejména v podobě umělé inteligence a dolování dat) a mocenského postavení států. Vyhodnocení bylo založeno na kvantitativní datové analýze sledující osm proměnných zaměřených na ekonomické, politické a digitální schopnosti států. V závěru jsou formulovány dvě hrozby v podobě nových aktérů a nástrojů jež mohou ovlivnit mocenské uspořádání a je navrhnuto preventivní opatření v podobě globálního řízení založeného na spolupráci využívající světovou diverzifikaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with multidisciplinary issues of artificial intelligence and international relations. The aim is to answer the question of whether there is a visible correlation between the adaptation of emerging technologies (especially in the form of artificial intelligence and data mining) and the power position of states. The evaluation is based on quantitative data analysis looking at eight variables focusing on the economic, political and digital capabilities of states. It concludes with the formulation of two threats in the form of new actors and instruments that may affect power arrangements and proposes a preventive measure in the form of collaborative global governance using global diversification. |
