| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá karuselovými podvody a opatřením proti nim ve formě specifického reverse charge. Zrcadlově vykázané hodnoty vývozu a dovozu u železa a oceli, hliníku a olova mezi Českou a Slovenskou republikou naznačují, že při obchodu s těmito komoditami docházelo ke karuselovým podvodům. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda má zavedení režimu přenesené daňové povinnosti u zmíněných kovů v České republice dopad na karuselové podvody uskutečňované při přeshraničních obchodech se slovenskými dodavateli. Ke splnění cíle byla využita regresní analýza časových řad vývozu a dovozu a Chowův test strukturálních zlomů. Bylo zjištěno, že po implementaci specifického reverse charge nastala významná změna ve vykazovaných údajích o vývozu a dovozu u všech zkoumaných komodit. Lze konstatovat, že díky danému opatření došlo k eliminaci karuselových podvodů uskutečňovaných se slovenskými dodavateli, a tudíž opatření účinně zapůsobilo. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on carousel frauds and measure against them in the form of a specific reverse charge. Mirrored export and import values for iron and steel, aluminium and lead between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic indicate that there were carousel frauds in trade with these commodities. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether the introduction of the specific reverse charge regime on the mentioned metals in the Czech Republic has an impact on carousel frauds carried out in cross-border transactions with Slovak suppliers. To achieve that, regression analysis of time series of exports and imports and Chow's test of structural breaks were used. It was found that after the implementation of the specific reverse charge, there was a significant change in the reported data on exports and imports for all commodities examined. It can be stated that, thanks to the given measure, the carousel frauds carried out with Slovak suppliers were eliminated, and therefore the measure had an effective impact. |
