| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá účetnictvím, účetní legislativou a účetní závěrkou vybrané obchodní korporace v České republice. Nejprve se zaměřuje na význam samotného účetnictví, jeho základní charakteristiku a představení účetní legislativy v České republice. Následně seznamuje s vybranou obchodní korporací sídlící v České republice, s její činností, historií, současností a informacemi ze zveřejněných účetních závěrek, které budou porovnány v historickém kontextu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with accounting, accounting legislation and financial statements of a selected business corporation in the Czech Republic. Firstly, it focuses on the importance of accounting itself, its basic characteristics and presentation of accounting legislation in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, it acquaints with a selected business corporation based in the Czech Republic, with its activities, history, present and information from the published financial statements, which will be compared in a historical context. |
