The resu... show full abstractThe diploma thesis deals with projects within the first priority axis Supporting employment and workforce adaptability of the Operational Program Employment in the program period 2014-2020. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the factors and contexts affecting the regional differentiation of implemented projects from the Operational Program Employment in the program period 2014-2020, which were supported from the first priority axis – Supporting employment and workforce adaptability. The results confirm that the unemployment rate of the given region and the structure of job seekers, in line with program definiton, are important differentiating factors. According to the respondents from the Labour Offices, an important factor is the geographic location of the region, which creates specific conditions for the labour market. The covid-19 pandemic is also a significant factor influencing the implementation of projects. |
