| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vymezit specifika B2B komunikace, na konkrétním příkladu IT společnosti Profinit provést analýzu používaných komunikačních nástrojů a zhodnotit vhodnost volby těchto nástrojů vzhledem k cílové skupině komunikace. Práce je strukturována do celkem pěti kapitol. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit hlavní pojmy a charakterizovat jednotlivé fáze přípravy, realizace a zhodnocení komerčních komunikací. Poslední dvě kapitoly jsou pak věnovány praktickému příkladu komunikace IT společnosti Profinit, jejímu zhodnocení a doporučením. |

| Abstract: | To define the specifics of B2B communications, to make an analysis of communications instruments of an IT company Profinit and to evaluate propriety of the chosen communication mix owing to its target groups is the main goal of this thesis. The thesis is structured to five chapters. The main definitions and individual phases of preparation, application and evaluation of commercial communications are specified in the theoretical part. The last two chapters contain a practical communication example of IT company Profinit, its evaluation and recommendation. |
