| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současný systém péče o zaměstnance, dvěma dílčími cíli jsou shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zjištění silných a slabých stránek systému péče o zaměstnance. V teoretické části jsou podrobně rozebrány pojmy jako povinná a dobrovolná péče, pracovní doba, pracovní prostředí, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví, motivace a odměňování. Teoretické poznatky jsou vypracovány na základě rešerše odborné literatury a slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část. Praktická část se zabývá především charakteristikou vybrané společnosti, popisem současného systému péče o zaměstnance a vyhodnocením výsledků dotazníkového šetření. K tomu se používají kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody výzkumu, pozorování, analýza interních dokumentů a porovnání teorie s praxí. Na konci bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a formulovány doporučení ke zlepšení současného systému péče. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of employee care in a selected company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the current system of employee care, with two sub-objectives being the summary of theoretical knowledge and the identification of strengths and weaknesses of the employee care system. The theoretical part extensively analyzes concepts such as mandatory and voluntary care, working hours, working environment, safety and health protection, motivation, and rewards. The theoretical knowledge is based on a review of professional literature and serves as a foundation for the practical part. The practical part primarily deals with the characteristics of the selected company, a description of the current system of employee care, and the evaluation of the results of a questionnaire survey. Quantitative and qualitative research methods, observation, analysis of internal documents, and a comparison of theory with practice are used for this purpose. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, the research questions are addressed, and recommendations for improving the existing care system are formulated. |
