| Abstract: | Diplomová práca sa zaoberá potrebami manažérov v oblasti duševného zdravia. Hovorí o dôležitosti duševného zdravia a využíva poznatky Pozitívnej psychológie. Venuje sa aj negatívnym vplyvom na duševné zdravie a záťažovým faktorom manažérov. Práca popisuje prístupy, spôsoby prevencie a budovania duševného zdravia na úrovni jednotlivca aj v kontexte organizačného prostredia. Dôležitou časťou práce je využitie rôznych druhov smart technológií pre podporu duševného zdravia. Cieľom práce je pomocou hĺbkových rozhovor a následnej analýzy metódou IPA odkryť potreby manažérov v oblasti duševného zdravia a aj spôsoby, akými pre tento účel smart technológie využívajú. Skúmanými boli nároky na technológie spolu s oblasťami, v ktorých im technológie pomáhajú ich potreby naplniť. Rovnako dôležitou súčasťou práce bolo odhalenie dôvodov využívania, ale aj nevyužívanie niektorých smart technológií. |

Věnuje se také negativním vlivům na duševní zdraví a zátěžovým faktorům manažerů. Práce popisuje přístupy, způsoby prevence a budování duševního zdraví na úrovni jednotlivce i v kontextu organizačního prostředí. Důležitou částí práce je využití různých druhů smart technologií pro podporu duševního zdraví. Cílem práce je pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů a následné analýzy metodou IPA odhalit potřeby manažerů v oblasti duševního zdraví a také způsoby, jakými pro tento účel využívají smart technologie. Byly zkoumány nároky na technologie spolu s oblastmi, v nichž jim technologie pomáhají jejich potřeby naplnit. Rovněž důležitou součástí práce bylo odhalení důvodů využívání, ale i nevyužívání některých smart technologií. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the needs of managers in the field of mental health. It discusses the importance of mental health and utilizes knowledge from Positive Psychology. It also addresses the negative impacts on mental health and the stress factors that affect managers. The thesis describes approaches, methods for prevention, and the development of mental health on both an individual level and in the context of the organizational environment. An important aspect of the thesis is the use of various types of smart technologies to support mental health. The objective of the thesis is to uncover the needs of managers in the field of mental health, as well as the ways in which they utilize smart technologies to achieve this goal, through in-depth interviews and subsequent analysis using the IPA method. The study examines the demands of managers towards smart technologies along with the areas in which they help to fulfill the needs of managers. Similarly, an important part of the thesis was to uncover the reasons for using, as well as not using, certain smart technologies. |
